About

K7 Aviation was formed in 2008 by its majority shareholder and founder Tony Kozlowski.  He most recently spent time at R3 Capital which was originally part of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. but was spun out in 2008.  Mr. Kozlowski also started working for Lehman Brothers in 2005 as a Vice President in the Aviation Group under their fixed-income division, where he was responsible for actively managing the commercial aviation book and was responsible for day to day decisions, including sourcing, evaluating, bidding, and acquiring aviation assets.  He significantly assisted in increasing the size of the hard asset aviation portfolio from 5 assets and $11 million to over 40 assets valued at over $250 million that generated over $150 million in profits by targeting particular asset classes and building profit making strategies for those assets.  Prior to that, Mr. Kozlowski spent time with Blue Star Aviation and Heller Financial which was acquired by General Electric Capital Aviation Services.
